That alone should flip at least 80% of OC back to RED. CA 38 is northern Los Angeles County/Santa Clarita. Based on primary votes, I'd say Suzette Valladares will win in November.
In 2018 Dist-38 was a 2 point win for the Dems.
This cycle the GOP took top two spots in the primary... this is the first time that that has happened in a loooooong time.

Top two choices - Republican woman with 61,423 votes.
Bottom four choices - Democrats with 55,653 votes.
