Against ending don't ask don't tell, against gay marriage, etc. Maybe technically he could take these kinds of positions without being a hypocrite because he's never married nor has he been openly gay while in the military. But I think he would be perceived as a hypocrite because he advocates these positions while asserting that he's not gay.
He's not gay, just light in the loafers. Wouldn't be anything wrong with that, except that in Graham's case it would make him a hypocrite.
