A smart person would bring it to the FBI, DHS, or some other agency in order to crack down on why it was ignored. Instead they just burned the place along with all the credibility to anything they said.

Seems the upstairs unit was occupied by a nuclear family. Dad was at work and mom was resting in the hospital having recently given birth. Thanks to violent mob mentality and rumors spread on social media the family upstairs lost everything including their place to live. Now as to who was living downstairs that information seems to be scarce. News is saying it was a 3 unit building? hmmm
