Watching that video it's amazing any of these pudgy losers were able to actually dodge a bullet. This HAS to have been a targeted shooting bc the dude shooting had easy targets ALL around him. Instead of taking out as many as he could he was carefully aiming into the camp grounds at someone or something specific. I'm sure even though the last name of the shooter is Lopez the media will gloss over that and lighten his mugshot to make him look white.
