For those in counties with sheriffs and Karens that are enforcing it, familiarize yourself with the exemptions. There are a lot of them and no additional documentation is required.
Businesses that oppose the mask requirement should hand out snacks and water at the door and remind customers that a mask is not required “when actively eating or drinking”
Went to brunch yesterday and they asked if I had an exemption. I said yes. No further questions. Been to the grocery store twice without a mask and nobody said anything. Hopefully more people join me
This is the NC executive order. If you live in another state find the governors website and where the executive orders are posted. That’s the only way these are being done right now, executive orders with authority from emergency powers

Unfortunately my state lists no "exceptions" whatsoever -- I really like the way that NC order is phrased and I wish my state did a better job with ours.

Look the Karen dead in the eye and loudly say "I HAVE A DISABILITY", and 99.9% of the time that's the end of it.
