Thanks for the tip. Just found my state's EO. Took me a little while because it's NOT listed on the official website's EO page. I'm going to make a call about that.

Unfortunately my state lists no "exceptions" whatsoever -- I really like the way that NC order is phrased and I wish my state did a better job with ours.
