If you don’t enforce laws, then those laws become suggestions. And suggestions can be ignored.

They really think there are no consequences for their actions, because mommy and daddy never spanked them. And our government has done a shit job applying the law.

Prosecutorial discretion is one of the manifestations. Having an entire branch of government made up of solely one profession is the cause.
