This post was inspired by a post I made on "r/news." It was about how the Andrew Torba, founder of Gab, and his family have been blacklisted by Visa. Him and his family cannot process credit and debit card transactions, cannot obtain merchant processing, and if any payment processor supports Gab, they will be bullied by Visa until they stop.
What was somewhat unsettling to me was the comments on the post. Seven people commented before the post was quickly shutdown, and every single one of them were totally okay with it. In fact, they cheered it on. The same people who harp on about the evils of capitalism were completely fine with a multi-billion dollar company doing legitimately evil things.
And this is a trend I've noticed elsewhere. If you talk about the hundreds of cops seriously injured in the riots, a leftist's response is usually "good." If you tell someone on the left about how an entire family was thrown into poverty because the kid (NOT THE ADULTS) said something dumb on the internet, they are totally okay with it. I one time showed a leftist a video of the Macy employee beating and he just shrugged it off. This same guy was all up in arms over the Bubba Wallace scandal, AFTER it was proved that it was a hoax. He was more upset some idiot had his feelings hurt by an innocuous object than he was at a violent racist beating.
My theory is that this is all because of the left bizarre morality system. To them, it is totally okay to violently attack someone or ruin their life if they have a thought or opinion you don't like. Any and all actions is required to destroy your ideological enemies if anyone steps out of line. It's honestly disturbing, I seriously think if someone violently murdered a public figure on the right, they would just cheer. It's a road I really think this country shouldn't go down.
When you have demonrats, the liberal media complex, academia, Hollywood, entertainment, sports, corporations and social media on your side, you can get away with anything. I have been saying this for a long time, the left own everything, including the court systems and the largest cities. Good decent people are wholly out numbered. Our own leaders don't help us. Trump cannot do it all. Our governors, reps and senators are doing and saying nothing. The SOTUS stabbed us in the back with tranny shit and DACA. God decent people have nothing.
I think the 2018 midterms were a wake up call as to just how evil and mind fucked most Americans are. God threw us a lifeline in 2016 with Trump and we had the perfect chance to gain seats in the House, have a filibuster proof majority in the Senate and the stupid asses pissed it all away. I did my part by voting a straight Republican ticket in Missouri and cancelled Claire McCaskill.
Yeah. What's honestly frustrating with this whole ordeal is that these people don't seem to realize that they're going to be the victims of this monster they've created. The same leftists mocking people who go fired for saying something they don't like are gonna find themselves unable to access their bank account one day because they said something a year ago the bank didn't like. Part of me is relieved that karma's eventually gonna bite these people in the ass, but the rest of me is sad that it's even going to get to that point in the first place.
Politics is their religion. We are heretics. Therefore, (in their minds) any punishment is justified.
I've noticed that as well. It's weird, since they have not allowed themselves faith, family, or nationality (or "God, family, country," as the saying goes), they don't have any real way to give their lives meaning. With nothing else, they give themselves completely and dogmatically to ideology.
It is about revenge for some wrong they all feel they've suffered. They get the shit kicked out of them every 16 years and they think they are owed some payback.
The sad thing is that my own brother won't talk to me anymore because I suggested there might be more to the George Floyd story than we were told.
The funny thing is that he was a big conservative and after going to a liberal college, he became a giant liberal.
Is he gay? The only people I know who were “conservative” and are now infected with TDS are gay.
Edit: In my experience, men who transition from conservative to socialist tend to be gay. I’m gay and watched this transition in several peers. I’ve known women who were once conservative and now socialist who are still straight but the dudes tend to be closeted and the political transformation is part of their “coming out.”
Naw, he's straight. It think his downfall, besides choosing to be an academic, was listening to too much NPR.
These people are our enemies. They are this callous because they see us as their enemies.
We need to treat them the way they treat us.
Yeah, to me is it kinda an odd question. Is it right to stoop down to their level to defeat them? To an extent, yeah, but we need to be careful not to go too far. I may not agree with them, but I don't want to completely dehumanize these people. They definitely are bad, but they're still people.
I'm not saying that we shouldn't stand up for ourselves, I'm just saying we need to be careful not to go down the same road leftists are going down. I don't want anyone to live in fear that their private opinions will be doxxed and they'll be denied bank accounts, jobs, etc., just because of what they believe, no matter how much I disagree with it.
