Notice that they only caught these guys because the ballots were found in bundles and that raised suspicion. In a lot of states they allow "ballot harvesting" where they supposedly go door to door collecting the ballots and then deliver them in bundles - how will THOSE be screened? Ballot harvesting along with vote by mail is the double whammy for massive vote fraud.
