You could probably even confirm with a lawyer first, that there will be a case.
This is a very good idea.
Spam the posts, collect offenses for several weeks, then hit them with so many lawsuits at the same time that they cant cope with the paperwork let alone the financial hit. They might even start paying out before court if they lose the first few cases. Theyd have no choice, itd be cheaper than paying lawyers and then paying out anyway.
Sadly I live in the United Kuckdom and have no rights, but I'd love it if this became a thing.
