I love how people criticize the details like LBJ demanding a deathbed confession be taken by a man already in place ... and then the switchboard operator is still alive and testifies that the call was made. lol
It's kind of obvious to anyone who knew how evil and extreme leftist LBJ was.
Yeah, the hit was supposedly carried out by the mob as vengeance, but most probably also aided by other organizations that got a positive outcome of the assassinations
Bush Snr organized and oversaw the hit on Kennedy. Soon after that he rose in the ranks of the CIA and a decade later became the CIA Director. There are photos of him at the assignation quietly overseeing the operation.
Outside of the bay of pigs fuckup and his closing of sanitariums he was a good president. Opposed the Soviets everywhere he could, and paid for it from a commie turncoat
I'm convinced that JFK would have been a libertarian in the current era. His views on social issues were obviously a bit more liberal, but he probably would have sided more with conservatives in terms of fiscal policy. Remember, JFK was a big advocate for reduced corporate taxes, as well as a lower income tax rate, because he understood that such actions would result in economic growth.
Given what we've witnessed in the past three-and-a-half years -- and particularly in the last six months -- I don't think JFK would even recognize the Democrat Party as it exists today.
Worth noting. The upper (where the bolt carrier rides) is still not chromed in mil spec rifles. The barrel is chrome lined. The chambers are therefore chrome lined as well. But the upper is aluminum and is never internally chromed. Thats where you got me a bit confused. Chrome lined barrels do help with durability, but make little difference in reliability. The rifling lasts longer in chrome lined barrels. That doesnt affect function, rather it affects accuracy. Now, bad accuracy can certainly lead to casualty, but not as fast as a jam.
Care to extrapolate? Always willing to learn. I see it as a spectacular platform that was as close to nearly perfect from inception as any weapon aside from the ak and mauser...
Oppose the FED, wind up DEAD.
Isnt that quote just a rumor?
He opposed a lot of the deep state. The best explanation is LBJ......must watch

Yep I am convinced LBJ was involved, its not even a question of whether he was dirty or not. We know he was.
He partnered with the mob to get himself elected, then sent his brother after them to prosecute when he won
I want to see this kind of shit in movies not real life though.

This speech was too much truth - and a premonition of today.
Then Hillary killed his son.

I see what you did there. Here, have an UpTrump
LBJ killed him
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZKjm9ezTXQ
i assert Aristotle Onassis had him killed so he could then move onto his wife and brag how he's now banging an ex US President's wife.
Operation Northwoods, the real reason they killed him.

Fuck him, drugged up rapist POS. It was his shitbag family that foisted Obama off on us
That weapon (early version) killed more Americans than Vietnamese, sadly
The weapon was never flawed. The powder used was flawed. The cleaning manuals were flawed. The rifle was always fine. Still is.
Calling contact 600 yards out and firing at the cyclic rate until the weapon overheated or ran out of ammo didn’t help.
LONGEST SERVING MAIN BATTLE RIFLE PLATFORM EVAH!
Also terrible 20 round mags meant to be disposable were forced to be re used till they literally fell apart.
Agreed. Our guys deserved better.
I believe the first editions didn't have a chromed receiver (if that's the right word). Fixed it. Was just saying. Doesn't need to trigger anyone
I don't see how a chromed receiver would be of benefit? Maybe easier to clean, but operationally, it shouldn't make much difference if any.
Edit: the move to carbine length had systems increased reliability, supposedly. But also increased wear. Should have gone with mid length, imo.
It made the gun jam in combat, initially, yeah.
