Considering the fact that the NSA has all electronic digital communications stored (yes they do) and that this is a George Soros funded operation...well I would say yes they are well aware of this and many, many other things happening. Just because the general public isn't aware of most of the illegal shenanigans these assholes are up to doesn't mean the intelligence agencies aren't.
