It's about the swing states. Those are the ones they're going to steal.

Their general gameplan is to make it close, and then accuse US of stealing it when their methods are struck down in court. It makes it easy for them to gin up their low IQ unemployed lemmings to start up the violence. They're afraid of the right uniting against them, so they placate us with fake elections that really keep them in control.

We'll see. I love Trump. Check my post history. But one of his strengths is also a weakness. He genuinely cares about people and seems to have a very long fuse

Joeret 7 points ago +8 / -1

They’re plan is to take the senate and the house. They know they’ve lost the presidency.

3
aangler100 3 points ago +4 / -1

And then steal them with "found" ballots.

Very good point about the Dems targeting the swing states as top priority to steal through mail-in-voting. In order of Highest Electoral College Votes to Lowest, the swing states are: FL (29), PA (20), OH (18), MI (16),NC (15), VA (13), WI (10), MN (10), CO (9), IA (6), NV (6), NH (4)

22
FormerGraveheart 22 points ago +23 / -1

This is the sort of post we need here. The Dems are going to steal the election unless mail-in voting is stopped and the Interstate pact is stopped. If we can't even admit how bad the situation is, we can't do anything about it.

More posts like this.

Yes, and we ALL need to actually do it and not just read it. Guilty of this myself

At this point, I think my worst nightmare is that compact getting enough states right before the election, like a week before so there's no time to fight it beforehand. Like in 2016, Trump wins the electoral system but Biden wins the PV because of blue state fraud, causing the compact to go to SCOTUS, where John Roberts will cuck out and side with the compact.

We should put together a list of resources on how to volunteer to be an election worker. What better way to ensure no fuckery occurs at the polls than to flood the process with honest, patriotic centipedes?

Edit: True the Vote has a tool to search by your county and contact them about becoming an election worker.

True the Vote - Become an Election Worker in Your County

Yeah, though it seems to be a non-trivial task.

http://www.texastrashtalk.com/2020/04/vote-harvesting-in-harris-county-beyond.html

Here's an example of someone who did it for their county expecting what you said; that some of them would have the same handwriting.

The results are honestly insane. Insane as in high profile democrats directly paying convicted forgers, who were picking up packs of ballots.

I just saw this Tweet thread https://twitter.com/CGasparino/status/1277280827462868994

And it's the left saying, "I rather take more corrupt Biden over less corrupt Trump"

And the left is on their edge of the seat for this tax return ruling happening soon.

Wasn't there some type of restriction on the RNC for like 20 years, barring them from disputing election policies?

Edit: It was a 1982 consent decree barring the RNC from ballot security measures it was pursuing, on the grounds that the RNC was trying to limit voter turnout of opponents.

Gee. Funny. It expired in 2017 BTW.

Edit #2: even better - one of the key claims that led to the decree was that the RNC was ~sending sample ballots to likely dem voters and removing names whose mail was returned undeliverable from voter rolls. So the dems obviously cared about mail integrity when it helped their case 🙄

PA allows voting by mail. Our terrible governor signed an Act back in Oct 2019 allowing for it but it didn’t get much attention until Covid. The primaries were a shit show.

It's time we took it over completely.

Virginia will actually guide you through how to vote by mail on the website using fear of Covid as an excuse in the November elections.

https://www.elections.virginia.gov/casting-a-ballot/absentee-voting/

Verbatim from the website:

The June Primary date has changed per the Governor's Executive Order 56. The Virginia Department of Elections encourages voters to protect their health during COVID-19 outbreak. Voting absentee in the coming June election is strongly encouraged. Voters may choose reason "2A My disability or illness" for absentee voting in the June 2020 election due to COVID-19. Voters who choose the absentee option should do so as soon as possible so they can get their ballots in time to return them by mail by Election Day.

They'll wait till the last minute here to cause a cluster fuck while the votes come in and go in by mail. The whole time saying "sue me" and it wouldn't even get to court before the election was 6 months over.

The title doesn't make any sense. If mail in voting is allowed, what is the lawsuit going to do? Shouldn't we focus energies where it isn't allowed in the law, but is being done anyway/

5
ProdigalPlaneswalker 5 points ago +5 / -0

If a law is unconstitutional, it will be enforced until someone challenges the legality of it in court.

5
AlohaSnackbar 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yes, that's a true statement. Blue is the color after green on a rainbow is another. Now, neither of those statements have anything to do with what we were talking about, but it is nice to establish that we both can piece together sentences. That said:

There is no inherent unconstitutionality with mail in voting. If it is a law in the state it's being used in, and the ballots were sent out by request of recipient, OR by designation of the law, you may as well be suing the sun for rising in the morning.

What we can, and SHOULD sue for is mail-in-ballots being used where they are not allowed by a particular states law(s), and for instances where mail-in-ballots are being sent to those who are either not legally eligible or who didn't request them.

So again, I say to the title of this post, it makes no sense. Suing for that which is allowed by law is insane. We should very much focus on suing those who are not following the law(s) of their state by sending out unsolicited or undeserved ballots.

I'm not trying to be a dick, but there is NO way, whatsoever to invalidate vote by mail via the supreme court. The absolute CLOSEST you could get is, well, I was going to say Article two, section 1, clause 4, but even that doesn't preclude early voting or vote by mail.

But, let's pretend that all 9 justices hit their heads and decide to ignore the constitution. They STILL can't do anything because of our servicemen and women overseas. It's the same reason that cocksucker John Mccain was allowed to run for president. We can not, and should not penalize our military, or their families for being deployed.

If you want to stop vote by mail, you're going to have to do it the hard way. At a state level, on a state by state basis. And, I AM ALL FOR IT. But attempting to do it in the courts is like trying to heat your house burning 100 dollar bills in the fireplace.

AlohaSnackbar 2 points ago +2 / -0

You don't need to read the whole case in texas, 1 sentence should be enough. The lawsuit was the dems attempting to force the state, in opposition to it's own laws, to send and allow absentee ballots by everyone.

Again, if you want to somehow connect that to a winning constitutional issue on our part, i'm all ears, but what you want (and me too) just isn't a constitutional issue, and to the extent that it is, the constitution is quite clear. States get to set up voting however they want as long as it's non-discriminatory. Hell, when it comes to handing out the states electoral votes, it doesn't even have to be a vote. The states are legally allowed to hand out presidential electoral votes based on a roll of literal dice, a flip of a coin, the governor making the decision, or really almost anything the state wants to pass as law.

4
deleted 4 points ago +4 / -0
2
AlohaSnackbar 2 points ago +2 / -0

Sadly, thats not a winning argument either, since agsin, states are allowed to determine the distribution of their electoral votes however they wish, as long as it is in accordance with their laws.

The closest you could get with this argument is that by allowing sanctuary cities/states, some states have more electors/congresscritters than they would have without illegal aliens. Alabama is currently suing the Department of Commerce/US census bureau about that.

Unfortunately, they probably won't get too far, because while they are technically correct, the supreme courts unanimous 2015 decision regarding illegals was on counting for illegals for redistricting, the principle is similar enough that it is EXTREMELY unlikely to be granted cert, much less getting a favorable ruling.

But that's off topic, there is simply nothing to sue for if a state follows its own laws in regards to mail in voting. The ONLY thing to sue for is if their laws forbid it, and dems send out ballots anyway. Which brings us back to my original statement, that the title is wrong, and wasteful. We should sue in states where it ISN'T allowed (by law) but being done anyway (by dems).
