Unless you REALLY love your job like more than you would love to see your child's face every morning there's no benefit for a woman to want to work. You now legit have a boss (Could still be a male) telling you what and when to do it for 8 hours a day, have to dress up for him and the office, and you could still be cooking and cleaning/taking care of kids/managing depending what type of work you do. Then when you come home to your studio apartment you gotta make that dinner and clean up all those empty boxes of tissues
