The cheese doesn't look disturbed like it would if the pepperonis were moved into that position. While it doesn't pass the smell test, it is hard to say that it is a hoax. Hopefully, there are security cameras that show the pizza being made. If this couple faked this it would be nice if the employee's names could be cleared. If they actually did this then they get what they deserve.

This is a great point. I've never had a pizza arrive uncut. I wouldn't even think to request one uncut for any reason.
