Unbroken skin is pretty safe to get blood on it, though that wouldn't be my first choice if I had gloves available

Edit: Fine to hear that a number of you have taught/heard incorrect things, but I can't reply to each one of them.. I'll wear my gloves, you wear your gloves, but facts are facts and unbroken skin is pretty safe

Penile and Vaginal tissue is very thin, to better enable the quick expansion and contraction involved with sexual intercourse, thereby making it more susceptible to damage compared to the epidermis elsewhere on the human body.

Strange health class - that's not a thing. You're not getting an STD from a hand with no cut on it.

Was saying there can be micro tears in the skin. Not exactly talking about STDs, but about other blood transmitted diseases.

Fracture yes, protruding ribs ("open fracture") no. I've seen many CPRs and that is not a thing.

Anything can occur "under the right conditions" but when I've seen numerous little old ladies get torqued on by three burly firemen and a team of nurses, with no open fractures, I'm not sure what "right conditions" you're imagining occurring; also "open fractures" are a break in the skin which don't have much to do with liver/spleen/lung lacerations (so keep reading that textbook).

Also what the fuck are nitrile/latex gloves - the subject of this discussion - going to do against a sharp protruding bone

This comment thread is so far off the mark I'm done with it
