If youre worried about reliability, but your red dot on a qd mount and ditch it if your 50,000 hour battery life decides to end which, lets be honest, if you have a good red dot, its just not going to happen unless you forget to change batteries for like 5 years.
And stay away from the green dot trijicon. The battery dies in 6 months or faster. I have had the same battery in my aimpoint micro t2 since I bought it 4 years ago. Buy once cry 2x.

The catch is you gotta brake hard. It's a 90º hairpin at the end. So it's only good for tests up to 2 miles in length (perhaps a little more - but I wouldn't risk it).

You take Hog Hollow road north off Olive down and on your immediate left (which if you're not looking for it - you won't see) is Waterworks road.

21 arrests in my town for failure to disperse after the police escorted a group that was protesting without a permit. Cops were accommodating, especially with how easy it is to get a permit. You can do the whole thing online and I bet if you called the sheriff's office you'd be able to get them to sign for one of these things.

Ill never understand the people that say theyd rather use iron sights. Lining up 2 things is always going to be faster and easier than 3, and the field of view is much better through a red dot. If youre worried about reliability, but your red dot on a qd mount and ditch it if your 50,000 hour battery life decides to end which, lets be honest, if you have a good red dot, its just not going to happen unless you forget to change batteries for like 5 years.
And stay away from the green dot trijicon. The battery dies in 6 months or faster. I have had the same battery in my aimpoint micro t2 since I bought it 4 years ago. Buy once cry 2x.
Free floating can help tremendously.
For long range, good cheek weld and a non-wobbly stock can really help.

There's a great straight pristine stretch of road that goes to the waterworks where you can run 0-60 / 1mi acceleration tests with your car. There's no cross streets and both sides of the road drop off over 3 feet (meaning no place for a bored patrol car to hide - it's literally a misty swamp). No one drives to the water treatment plant so the asphalt is race track quality. I got one of my cars up to 100.
The catch is you gotta brake hard. It's a 90º hairpin at the end. So it's only good for tests up to 2 miles in length (perhaps a little more - but I wouldn't risk it).

Hog Hollow is one of those blink and you'll miss it things situated between Chesterfield and Creve Coeur on Olive Blvd. It sits on a natural rise above the flood plains just behind it that stretch to the levees of the Missouri River. You take Hog Hollow road north off Olive down and on your immediate left (which if you're not looking for it - you won't see) is Waterworks road.

A crowd of protestors is objectively a greater physical threat than these two assumed homeowners. Therefore, they are fully justified in displaying their weapons and showcasing the full risk of attack to the protestors.

I use Nest cameras, and have had good luck with them, but it's worth looking at their current competitors as I haven't looked into it since I installed them over 2 years ago. But they're 1080p and can differentiate humans from simple motion, and integrate nicely with my other 'smart home' stuff.
