You can’t just pull a firearm simply because you feel threatened. That’s subjective and only half the truth, the other half is a jury deciding if you objectively should’ve felt threatened. If they were in their house and “felt” threatened by protestors walking down the street, doesn’t matter what they were saying, so they got their guns, came outside and started fucking aiming it at people that weren’t even on their property then they’re gonna get charged.
