he was able to turn his head and talk while restrained, clearly not being choked
police called EMTs within 2 minutes of his heart attack, and upgraded it to emergency within 2 more minutes
police put him in a prone position which is recommended for survival in such medical events
police used an approved neck restraint, which is common because its non-harmful.
Just to add to this great synopsis- Fentanyl is an opioid, which causes respiratory depression. Decreased oxygenation exacerbates sickle cell disease, and Sickled cells tend to clot in narrow passages (like 90% occluded LCA's)

Police shoved him into the police car and he had claustrophobia. Floyd goes into having a panic attack and then a state of delirium. Chauvin noticed this then takes him out of the police car to place him on the ground - exactly as policy states. The fentanyl and higher heart rate from the panic attack results in Floyd having a heart attack where he later dies in the ambulance. Chauvin did have his knee on the neck of Floyd but it wasn't in a position where he was putting all of his weight on his neck, probably just light pressure.
The reason the policy says to put the person on the ground is because usually people have body spasms and they can hurt themselves if they aren't restrained. This is why Chauvin didn't move his knee until the EMT arrived.
This is my theory of what actually happened.
The real question is if they can actually find enough jurors to actually be unbiased at this point. I have a feeling that all the jurors are just going to be biased and say guilty. You would literally need to find people who never reads the news, aren't on social media, don't really go on the internet and don't have friends that would tell them what happened. Also the community where this person lives would have to not have any protests/riots etc.
