..and it dawned on me. It happens in the Bible in particular with Israel that he will raise them up as a strong nation when they love him and honor him. Then a few generations later they forget who he is and chase after other gods. Does this sound familiar? When this happens it seems one of two things happens.
They repent and return to God to be healed and that their land is healed..
..or their nation is taken. All you who’d believe in God repent and let’s follow Jesus together. One of God’s promises is that he’ll heal our land if we return to him, but don’t do it for the land. Do it because we were made for God and he loves us.
2 Chronicles 7:14
King James Version
14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
We allowed the golden calf to be erected in our nation. “worship of celebrities, sports stars, musicians” and we also have a baphomet statue. God is watching. Show him who’s side you are on. Will we allow this to go on out of “tolerance” or will we draw the line and say this goes no further!
