She points out that there's a great deal of strength a man can draw from his masculinity and a woman can draw from her femininity. Blocking off either of these makes a person weaker and confused.

I can tell you even for personal experience: finding, accepting, and owning my masculinity has brought happiness in my life. A feeling of belonging is a human need.

One cure might be telling them that being a man is okay and woman are not morally superior, nor are men morally inferior, by reason of birth.
