Yes, but they are legally required to register for the draft like every other man has for decades. Even if they're more soy than muscle, the only requirement for registration is that you aren't too retarded to understand the draft and you aren't literally paralyzed in bed. Which generally women would meet those standards, but anyways better late than never in this case.
