You are right. But there is a solution to the cart being before the horse and most men don't want to hear it. We have to be very very picky when choosing a wife. It's not manly to have casual sex with tons of women who also sleep around. We must first pick great women, and then become great husbands and leaders in the home. I'm not trying to be a dick when I say this but if your woman chooses to use the legal system against you either you married a scumbag or you could have been a better husband. Like it or not we have to compete against the government for the job of head of household. It's not right, and it's not fair. Luckily however these are the same people who run the DMV so you can beat them. Be a great husband and build your marriage on the foundation of faith. Be the kind of man your Creator thinks you are.

Given that you're familiar with MGTOW, I'll make the obvious point that the alternative to marriage is not necessarily sleeping around but can also be disengagement. Women may control sex, but men control commitment. And men, for all their flaws, can at least understand incentives. An organic withdrawal from marriage as a legal institution is already occurring based on marriage statistics and the social trends around "leftover women". And the only way to fix it is to fix the laws. Or double down on them which would be obvious accelerationism.

There's plenty of men who want to be married but have intensely negative second hand experience with the laws through fathers, brothers, friends, coworkers, news reporting, and online communities. Telling them it's their duty to jump into the meat grinder is not only dismissive of the legal realities but dismissive of their worth as individuals. It's just not persuasive.
