  1. Gotta be careful with those "history of complaints" claims. If you're a cop working in a hostile neighborhood, people will file complaints about you just because they hate cops, not because you did anything wrong. Not saying the cop is definitely innocent here, but we also can't say he's guilty based on "complaints".

  2. Floyd and Chauvin did work for the same employer, but it's unclear what their personal relationship was. I've had co-workers who I'd see everyday but didn't have any other interaction other than saying hi.

  3. Why was the cop out of line? Floyd allegedly had been violently resisting arrest for many minutes.They finally get him down, and they need to wait for the paramedics they already called. The best thing at that point WITH THE INFORMATION THEY HAD would be to keep him pinned.
