They always say these people may have called themselves socialist but they weren’t. Why did they keep using socialist to describe themselves? Was it because socialism sounds attractive and they want to gain support by calling themselves socialist? Because if that’s the cause, the left is saying they are socialists but then they say they don’t want socialism but just stronger safety nets for society.

So just like the Nazis, Stalinists, etc, they also are not socialists but just call themselves that. Or all of these groups either were socialist in the first place. One or the other, which is it Democrats?
