So if you are White, give preferential treatment to other Whites. In hiring, in jobs, in academia. If you are a White police office, don't write a speeding ticket to a White etc. Whatever you do in life, there must be something you can do.

And as for why no protests, we actually have jobs and can't spend weeks sitting outside throwing a tantrum. It's the curse of the actually-productive.
They keep blurring the lines between ethnicity and race.
I have a few races I can choose from.
