In this case it probably does because reddit published their source on github with a CPAL license. The look and feel was part of that source.
I didn't say it was. I'm saying the look and feel is open source.
That and Microsoft vs Apple established some parameters on look & feel lawsuits (and MS even had the source code initially).
It would probably give them legal attention they wouldn't want. What would happen instead would be hosting and the domain name being dropped.
In the meantime, get armed.
