The amount of Indian and Asian owned business is crazy. You can find them all over the place. They absolutely thrive in the United States. Hispanics also own a bunch of businesses by me. So what is the reason why black people don't thrive in the United States when so many other minorities thrive? It can't possibly be racism, so what is it?

From where I'm sitting, black people are thriving just fine. Got black mayors, police chiefs, congressmen, a President, business owners, yeah, they're doing just fine in the version of America I live in. A little west of MSM and about a mile south of Social Media.
It's the victim hood mentality that black people tend to display. Yet they think they are entitled to the wealth of the world. In the DC area there are plenty of rich black people thanks to cushy government jobs. Personally I've experienced when one black person gets hired, he/she will hire their friends whom are also black which spins out of control. The original black employee is probably a hard/smart worker but their friends. They usually just punch in and punch out, collect paychecks and barely put in minimal work. Not kidding but I observed one woman didn't know how to download an attachment from Outlook.
