As for not spreading it to other people - let me think, here's an idea for people, cough and sneeze into your sleeve, that's actually advice doctors have given for many years.
They're mandated in my state, but I said "fuck it" and walked into wal-mart without one. Nobody said a word to me, but a Karen did growl at me (no joke), but it could have been because of my "Second Amendment: An American Way" shirt. About 1 in 10 people were without mask. So many fucking sheep...
