THIS IS PERFECT! If true, a god send. If Google is restricting private messages, one lawsuit would kill their platform designation. Bye bye platform protections! Get in contact with some specialized lawyers (like Barnes) that Can take a case probono.

I heard that Facebook messenger is doing the same thing with Chan links. This could truly be the nail in the coffin.

Imagine Verizon or ATT restricting texts.

Welcome to the war pedes, get on the line and give them some pepper. Make your boost count.

Friend just sent a link iphone to iphone no issue. I also tried sending from a third party text app (Textra) and it still didn't work. Looks like Google Fi is suppressing it. What a load of fucking bull shit. Time to lose this phone and switch service providers.

Just for shits and giggles, try sending on Signal (app), does it go through then? (With both of you using Signal.)

Well that's pretty fucking shady.

I'm guessing this could be a lawsuit.

Is this an infringement on the 1A?

Even better - Violation of section 230.

The fake news covered for reddit too. Someone's pulling strings and coordinating. I agree, it's do or they all hang. Barr had better have men on this.

Holy shit this happened to me too!

We need more attention to this!

Save all of this. Ask friend to screenshot his screen as well for proof it didn’t send. This can be the start of a class action to kill their platform status.

EDIT: MORE PHOTOS IN COMMENTS!

Just sent this thread to the mods. This is seriously some fucking bull shit.

is this a 3rd party app or just the OS? Which OS?

Google messenger to apple. Both stock messaging apps.

extremely interesting. I'll have to do some experiments. Try "the donald dot win" see if it blocks that one also?

This happened to me too with the Google messenger app. I was texting someone on an iPhone and she simply didn't get the text. She got all other texts around it.

Same friend just sent the link to another iphone with no issue. Its my fucking pixel or google fi network.

booshdag [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

Pixel to iphone, both stock messaging apps.

Time to burn the thing, long over due.

I'm on Google fi network on a pixel, texting someone who was on an iPhone. I wonder if there is some suppression on the fi network...

Although I sent a link to another person on fi and it worked.
