I heard they THOUGHT they got this phantom jeep crew but actually killed this 16 year old (first I heard the 14 year old died too but he was in critical condition as of yesterday regardless) because they got the wrong car.

So either they are the worst perpetrators of a drive by in the history of automobiles and drive-bys or they were innocent of the shooting and fell victim to wrong place and wrong time. Only somewhat plausible explanation is the driver was also the shooter. But from the footage I saw there was nothing to indicate there were any shots from the driver side of this vehicle...
