I just canceled today, took someone 25-30 minutes on their chat to even respond to me after a message stating the delay in service. Idk if this is normal for them, but I hope it’s a sign everyone is tired of their commie compost of a paper. Also, isn’t it messed up you have to call, email, or chat with someone to cancel your subscription? They really love that power.
