Years and years ago we had a neighbor that came to the US from Bulgaria, which she grew up in when it was under communist Russia. It was strange listening to this lady because when she wanted to speak her mind she was constantly looking around worried that someone was listening. It's how she was raised and conditioned living in a commie country.
We told her, this is America, you don't have to look around and watch what you say. That was back in 1999. Fucking hell man, sure seems that's the path these leftist tyrants want us to go down.
