Yes and no. TD.win is an on-going, positive Trump campaign rally, which is great and why I'm here. That said, I wouldn't romanticize it too far to not recognize that critical thought on Trump is discouraged and actively moderated out of here.
TD.win isn't perfect, but it's a hell of a lot better compared to the alternatives out there.
I got banned for concern trolling because I criticized something about trump on the TD reddit and I'm definitely not a "orange man bad" type. The mods were pretty understandable and unbanned me after I requested it though.

You were banned because someone thought you were concern trolling, not because you criticized Trump. I've never been banned and I've criticized Trump's decisions (wrongly I might add) involving things like DACA.
I see plenty of people criticizing Trump for not using the national guard earlier on places like Seattle. They aren't banned either.
