Reddit used to be the most important website in history, as far as I'm concerned. Going on there from anywhere like 2010-2013-ish you knew it was something special, a true free-exchange of ideas, without any of the fascist brown-shirt jack-booted ridiculousness of the past 5+ years.

To say I grieve for it sounds pretty hyperbolic, but when it was what it once was, to what it has become....Jesus, it's just disgusting.
