I'd been looking into how to do this for a while and I'd only found an extension called 'Nuke Reddit History' which needs Chrome to work (no way I'm installing that POS), or a really complicated method on Github which I couldn't make head nor tails of. Honestly, thanks so much!
I used 'Power Delete Suite'.
'Nuke Reddit History' didn't work for me for some reason.
I'm sure there's other options, just make sure you use something and delete everything before you delete your account.
