Reddit makes money from content you have made.
Do you want it to still have your contributions hang around, creating sweet search engine traffic to Reddit for years to come?
No. Cut the cord completely. Let Reddit burn faster by burning your contributions in the process.
There are several tools to do this. I just deleted all my comments using https://github.com/j0be/PowerDeleteSuite and downloaded to a text file. Worked as a charm, and has lot's of options and filters. so you can choose to keep certain types of comments if you want (for example exclude certain subreddits).
I wouldn't be surprised if they start block these tools soon, so don't procrastinate.
This looks good, so thank you.
I wanted to keep my comments in a text file -- this will be useful.
I'm sorry I just can't.
I did that yesterday.
Do it again, just to be sure. Feels good, man.
This is the only Reddit history nuke that managed to work! Well done!
This needs to be pinned.
