The folks here are not interested in what you have to say. A shame really. There is not discussion amongst the thread. Only talking.
The folks were disengaged from the get go but you didn't let that discourage you. Albeit, unclear if by your lack of awareness or not, it doesn't matter. The message that the BLM movement is a Trojan. Liberal dogma that those who don't accept are evil raycissssttssss. They have labeled and dehumanized individuals which they do not care if they know them or not.
A rare scene to behold as someone unapologetically and fearlessly broadcasts their differing opinions to stimulate a discussion about current events.
Might I ask what you learned from this? From your former co-workers? We're you surprised at their response?
I can't help but believe that not only did you waste your time but, made each of them, that may have been open someday to real issues, double down and further isolate and insulate themselves in their propaganda. I also believe that you already had the conclusion noted prior to engagement so I can't imagine you were surprised either.
Do you trust those people now? Would you hire them to work for you if you were the owner instead?
That is the shame of it, and I have to say, entirely predictable.
I expect it because my family -- the deepest connections I have to this life -- produced the exact same conclusion. I once told my sister, who is a fundamentalist progressive, girls like boys. I said, the majority of girls like boys, and girls like seeing girls and boys fall in love, which is why Disney makes movies about that.
Because of that, my sister turned into a psychotic, psychopathic narcissist, and my family coordinated to side with my sister behind my back.
The politics seems to me like an AI virus. It's algorithmic, standardized. The NPC meme was genius for this reason.
My experience with my family allowed me a level head in standing up to BLM.
What did I learn? That's a great question, and its rolling. What did Rosa Parks learn refusing to stand? One learns ones own voice. This is about my voice. That it can't be dismissed by my sex or race.
And it's about black conservatives. They are truly marginalized. They do not care at all about black conservative voices. To the progressive, it's a non-register.
Would I hire these people? Well, not after this. But I don't think it's the people's fault as much as their AI-hybridized religion.
My mission is to defeat this religion and save my family.
I owe you for your interest, and take the feedback with utmost appreciation.
Re: edit. Love that guy. The black men and women standing up to this thing are going to go down as heroes -- and it's their position that's the most lethal.
Thank you so, so much. It's absolutely fascinating -- they simply cannot get out of a racist frame. These are people I worked with. Who know me as a real person, and they're sleepwalking. They don't even know what this looks like, in real time, as their first impulse. All I am is a white man at the end of the day.
Just wait until you get to where I grant black people the space for a voice. I ask for it. I say here. It's your turn to speak, and give her the tools. That's the difference between us. The censor vs the Patriot. And it turns out, speaking isn't something that is entitled. It takes heart and integrity.

I hope this gets stickied.
This is one of the most valuable posts I have ever seen.
Thank you for making it.
Am reading the linked documents -- people are trying to do the right thing but they are SOOOO far off base!
I'll post what I can find to help.
Thank you again.
Edit: adding to my comment.
Antoine Tucker. He's running for congress against AOC. I donate to his campaign. This is what he has to say about BLM:

Also, I accidentally double posted and we're commenting on the double I deleted FYI
