It's really hard to be 100% certain but I don't think it's a second shooter. I'm pretty sure it's a guy holding up a phone to use his camera app. I downloaded the "second shooter" and played around with contrast, saturation, sharpness, gama, brightness, negative and individual color manipulation. If anyone else wants to try it I use IrfanView, a free image editing tool. It's pretty amazing.
