A "protester" brought a loaded firearm to a demonstration 2 blocks east of the city police department HQ
The assailant fired when he personally was not in danger, then fired again after the vehicle was no longer a threat to anyone
The assailant did not exercise reasonable caution in avoiding "friendly fire", as there were people on all four sides of the vehicle he shot into, then put more in danger as he fired wildly down the street into the rear of the departing vehicle
And only one of the protesters filed a report saying they had been injured by the driver. It didn't merit medical attention. The driver, however, went to the hospital.
BECAUSE HE WAS SHOT BY A PEACEFUL DEMONSTRATOR FIGHTING AGAINST UNNECESSARY ESCALATION OF VIOLENCE BY POLICE
Oh right that was another gaslight they attempted, that he went up on the sidewalk and intentionally aimed for bodies. That's an empty turn lane and the light was green.

Driver moves out of the way of communists. He could have easily put it in low and gone towards the communists.
