I'm glad that someone posted this. He also says a bit later, "Who am I supposed to go next? I know I need to go to the Delaware (newspaper)." He then looks down to his notes to determine what reporter and question is next. They must've been prepping Sleepy Joe for weeks and setting it all up to he stays on script.
