He is absolutely right. Every white person will now look at a black person and think "hmm, this person is a risk" because that black person might start accusing them of being a racist, film it and upload it to facebook/youtue. Now your career, reputation etc. is destroyed because of the rage mobs. So now you have to defend yourself from these potential situations and the way you do that is by actively avoiding black people. They do it not because they're racist but more for the reason of protecting themselves. It is human nature to do stuff to mitigate perceived risks. You don't want down a dark alley because of the risk. This actually sets the black community back decades.

In the business community, studies have come out that less senior management are willing to mentor or invest in female middle-management, because of the fear of unfounded accusations. The result? It’s harder for women to advance than it was before. And those who are forced upward through policy requirements are less thoroughly mentored and trained, hurting the company’s bottom line.
The sick part is that this has never been about the black community, it's been about the virtue signaling crowd chasing that latest dopamine fix from either destroying someone/thing they hate or getting approval from their in-group.
They are locusts devouring crops and leaving nothing but ruin in their wake.

Like the #MeToo movement made many of us afraid to even interact with female coworkers.

Feminism is not helping women, it's hurting us.
It might feel good for some of them, especially the white guilt crowd. But its destroying the black community.

Obama's Legacy. Trust me, this was intentional, no matter who got elected after him.
