Ya, I remember back when Trump got out of the INF treaty with Russia NPR told the story completely from Russia's perspective and didn't even try to explain the US' motives for doing so. Seems to me their opinion on Russia is just whatever is opposite of Trump's, just like their opinion on everything else.
