You're mistaken, the TOS clearly states you can be racist to white people, since they are the majority. I'm not sure exactly what subset of the world population they poll to determine this majority; they obviously don't mean the entire world because i'm pretty sure whites are a worldwide minority.

It is classic communist doublespeak. When they say 'majority' it is a euphemism for Caucasian, male, straight, conservative, capitalist, christian, American. If you are one or many of those things you are now a target of theirs.

The point is to make sure that the things they implement are undefinable so that they can both act with impunity and be unaccountable because there are no concrete rules.
