The numbers clearly show that while the virus can spread it is less virulent. This often happens in warmer months. But it also indicative of a virus that has nearly run its course. I'm only looking at numbers. Perhaps some doctors can chime in.

I have extensive data for a single state and although there has been a recent swale of cases, the rise in hospitalizations is miniscule and hardly proportional. i.e. We are testing a bunch more. The absolute best course of action would be to take no precautions whatsoever with young people. Allow sports and campus bars to expedite herd immunity.
