Depends on the size of the employer. Also depends on the size of the group setting. Expect New York Times grade brainwashing session.

Best response: passive-aggressiveness. No eye contact with the facilitator. Do not ask any questions. Do not show any emotions. Consider it a meditation time.

Be prepared that the facilitator will report you to osobist/politruk/commissar if you are overzealous or too redpilled.

Ideally, coordinate with your trusted co-workers. Most importantly, use your common sense in the future. Nobody needs to know what you think.
