otherwise know as the "nice neighborhoods and schools you got there, how about some section 8 housing?" and westchester goes "ok, i'll put it in my towns that already have low income communities" feds go "oh no you don't, i want slums in Scarsdale...you know, in the middle of the nicest neighborhoods in the USA"

Yup they tried to do this to garden city ny but Hempstead is right next door garden city shut it down tho thank god
