so is this what Obama wanted to do when he wanted to "reengineer majority white neighborhoods" by pressuring banks to loan to minorities when a white person sells their house and intervene when another white family wants to buy? heard mutterings of that back then where he wanted to meddle in the real estate industry to force predominantly white neighborhoods to integrate and force the banks to only lend for a minority buyer when a white family sells.

kind of like the sub-prime mortgage thing but adding that not only are the buyers/lendees obviously unable to afford the mortgage payments and will likely default quickly, but also be non white by design
