I like it but he needs to follow up with a counter.

Section 8 is used for political reasons - but it's one noble goal was to provide afforable housing in affluent areas so that people could escape the cesspools they were in.

He should follow up with a simultaneous regulation that forces cities to be accountable to their impoverished - if crime gets too high or the city/town lets their land fester so that housing rates fall, then the populace should be able to sue the city/state for reparations and damages.

The socialists CANNOT argue against that (but they will!)

The city/state will just raise taxes and issue bonds they can't afford. Look at California.
