This happened and is happening in our little community, there was a great development with nice homes, good people and strong property prices, well, when this shit started a few years ago that area has seen it's property value go to shit plus the good folks that are trying to stay have to listen to the thump thump thump of loud bass speakers constantly. People are selling and getting out of the area cause of it. The place is loaded now with full grown adults that have only known the government tit their entire life Let's face it, the DOE and affirmative action have brought us to this point in time.
